Covid-19 - Current Shipping/Delivery
We are experiencing heavier than usual volumes of orders. Our team is working hard to turn around orders and quickly get you the supplies you need. But because of Covid-19 restrictions and compliance that is necessary to keep our staff safe, we are experiencing fulfillment and shipping delays.
Currently our average ship time ranges from 6 to 8 business days. But we are unable to guarantee delivery dates and ETAs as our shipping carriers are facing the same dilemma.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these difficult times.
SHIPPING
- Products are shipped only within the Contiguous United States.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other offshore United States territories are NOT available. For more information, please contact customer service at 800-541-5877. - Common carrier - Ground Service.
- No Deliveries to P.O. Box
- Order $40.00 or more to receive free shipping & handling.
- Order less, incur a $4.95 shipping & handling charge.
- Contact customer service via email at webshopping@uchida.com within 5 days of delivery for damaged, defective or wrong merchandise returns. We will schedule pick up at no charge. Indicate the order number and item number of product(s) being returned.
- For saleable merchandise returns, item must be undamaged in the original manufacturers packaging unopened. Email or call customer service within 15 days of delivery to obtain a return authorization number. Product must be received at our location within 20 days after the original date of the order. Freight cost to return merchandise is at your expense. A credit for the returned saleable merchandise less original shipping and handling will be issued within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
